XYZ ____ OWNERSHIP TRANSFER AGREEMENT

This agreement is made and entered into this ____ day of XXX 200X by and between ABABABAB (Seller), and the _______ Family (Buyer), for
the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of purchase by the Buyer of a purebred Icelandic Sheepdog from the litter whelped on
XX XXX 200X out of ---(SIRE)--- and --(DAM)--, both are recorded with the American Kennel Club - Field Service Stock (AKC-FSS)
For $X00.00, the Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase a female/male companion puppy from the litter described above
subject to the following terms.
1. Seller warrants that the above described puppy is a purebred Icelandic Sheepdog
recordable with the AKC-FSS and that registration papers have been provided to the Buyer as of the date of the completed purchase, together
with a true copy of its pedigree. Seller agrees to pay all costs required to record the puppy with the AKC-FSS
2. Seller warrants that the above-described puppy is in good health at the time Buyer assumes ownership. Buyer agrees to have the puppy
examined by a licensed Veterinarian within three (3) days (not including weekends and holidays) of receipt of puppy. Seller agrees to provide
with the puppy a copy of the latest Veterinarian’s records including shots received, worming done, etc.
If, as a result of the examination, the Buyer’s Veterinarian determines that the puppy is not in good health then the Buyer shall elect to keep the
puppy or return the puppy to the Seller for a refund. If the buyer elects to return the puppy, Buyer shall, within 10 days after the date of the
signing of this contract, send to Seller by certified mail a written Veterinarian's certificate stating that the puppy was in ill health when
examined. Upon receipt by Seller of said certificate, Buyer shall be obligated to return the puppy to Sellers at Buyers expense. Upon receipt of
the puppy, the Seller shall be obligated to refund all monies including crate and shipping expenses, received from Buyer toward the purchase
price of the puppy, and further performance under this contract shall be null and void. All action taken to return the puppy shall be done with the
best interest of the puppy in mind include temperature at time of shipment, non-stop flights, Seller will furnish a record of the CERF (eye)
exam at the time of ownership transfer.
3. Ownership of the puppy will be transferred to the Buyer for the sale price of $X00.00 to be paid as follows: $X00.00 deposit on execution of
the Agreement with the balance of $X00.00 to be paid on or before the puppy leaves the Sellers premises. If the balance is not paid on or by
the date of delivery, this Agreement shall be cancelled and the Buyer forfeits the deposit given hereunder.
4. If delivery is requested by Buyer, it shall be by airfreight, C.O.D. to a designated location. Buyer is responsible for costs of crate, insurance
during shipment, and cost of freight charges. If Seller has to purchase crate prior to shipping, Buyer shall reimburse Seller in full for this cost.
Insurance shall be made payable to Buyer.
5. The Seller has determined that the puppy is of "pet quality" and may not be suitable for breeding.
6. Puppy will carry the XYZ _____ AKC FSS recorded name. Call name, if different, is the decision of the Owner.
7. Buyer agrees that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase or this puppy and that Buyer will not sell this puppy or its first generation
progeny to any agent, pet store or guard dog business.
8. Buyer agrees that if it becomes necessary to sell or otherwise dispose of this puppy, Buyer will notify the Seller before taking such action so
that the puppy may, at the Seller’s option, be re-purchased by the Seller at a to be determined sale price. Upon notification, the Seller shall
have 15 working days to exercise said re-purchase option. Exercise shall be notice in writing sent to Buyer by registered mail.
9. Buyer agrees that the puppy will reside at the home of the Buyer, have access to a fenced yard, not be chained or tethered, and will be
provided with proper housing, a good quality diet, annual shots and exercise. Buyer also agrees that this puppy will not be used as a guard
dog for any business. Buyer agrees that at least one basic obedience training course will be completed with the puppy.
This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well being and protection of this puppy. If the Buyer breaches any part of this
Agreement, the Seller is released from any obligations under this Agreement.

XYZ ____ OWNERSHIP TRANSFER AGREEMENT

This agreement is made and entered into this ____ day of XXX 200X by and between ABABABABA (Seller), and the ________ Family (Buyer),
for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of purchase by the Buyers of a purebred Icelandic Sheepdog from the litter whelped
on XX XXX 200X out of --(SIRE)-- and --(DAM)--, both are recorded with the American Kennel Club - Field Service Stock (AKC-FSS).
For $X00.00, the Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase a (female/male) show quality puppy from the litter described above
subject to the following terms.
1. Seller warrants that the above described puppy is a purebred Icelandic Sheepdog
recordable with the AKC-FSS and that registration papers have been provided to the Buyer as of the date of the completed purchase, together
with a true copy of its pedigree. Seller will pay all fees involved with recording this puppy with AKC-FSS.
2. Seller warrants that the above-described puppy is in good health at the time Buyer assumes ownership. Seller will provide results of the
CERF (eye) exam to the sellers at the time of ownership transfer. Seller agrees to provide with the puppy a copy of the latest Veterinarian’s
records. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within two (2) days (not including weekends and holidays) of
receipt of puppy. If, as a result of the examination, the Buyer’s Veterinarian determines that the puppy is not in good health then the Buyer shall
elect to keep the puppy or return the puppy to the Seller for a refund. If the buyer elects to return the puppy, Buyer shall, within 10 days after the
date of the signing of this contract, send to Seller by certified mail a written Veterinarian's certificate stating that the puppy was in ill health

have the puppy evaluated for HD using the OFA or PennHIP method. If the results are less than OFA GOOD or PennHIP.59, Buyer may elect
to keep the puppy or return him/her for a full purchase price refund including crate, shipping, and insurance.
6. Puppy will permanently carry the XYZ _____ AKC FSS recorded name.
7. Buyer agrees that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase or this puppy and that Buyer will not sell this puppy or its first generation
progeny to any agent, pet store or guard dog business.
