Coat Colors of the ISD and Their Genetic Background - 2 Hours
Facilitator: FCI Judge, Drs. Wilma Roem

The focus of this seminar is inheritance of coat colors in dogs, in general, with a focus on the colors we know in the ISD.
Can we predict the color of the puppies when we know the color of the parents and grand-parents? Drs. Roem will
present a scheme to help breeders assess the right color name for the puppy that will also be accurate when the pup
reaches maturity. The seminar will end with the "do’s and don'ts" of breeding special colors.
